Plymouth County HUB Manager
Charlette joined PAARI in May 2021 serving as HUB Manager for the Plymouth County HUB Tables where she helps to identify and encourage local providers from a number of service sectors to participate as HUB members. She manages the meetings that help to support the individuals and families with Acutely Elevated Risk of harm by connecting them to services needed to decrease that risk level.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from UMASS Lowell, Charlette started her career teaching music, where she came to realize the need for mental health and addiction treatment through her work with high school aged youth. She went on to obtain her Masters in Education in Counseling and Guidance from Providence College in December of 2007. Prior to her current role, Charlette has provided dual diagnosis services as a therapist, Child Behavioral Health Initiative Supervisor and Manager, and a Clinic Director in the Brockton, Mashpee, Weymouth, Dorchester and Plymouth areas from 2009-2021. During this time, she also attended classes through UMASS Boston in Addiction Counseling and obtained her LADC1 (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counseling Level 1) through the Bureau of Substance Abuse Services (BSAS) in Massachusetts.
Charlette has lived most of her life in Plymouth County, raising 3 daughters with her fiance a few miles from her childhood home. She is particularly proud of the work taking place in this county to change the lives of those living with the disease of addiction and is excited to be part of helping community partners pair with public safety officers in new and innovative ways.
