P.A.A.R.I. is pleased to welcome Victoria Kiarsis as the newest member of the team in July 2017.
Victoria is a recent graduate from Emerson College where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Writing, Literature, and Publishing. She has been personally involved in recovery for over three years and is incredibly passionate about helping others get the care they need.
Victoria acts as an Executive Assistant to P.A.A.R.I.’s Executive Director, handling data entry, meeting schedules, and other key administrative and support tasks. Victoria also supports our project with the Evelyn Lilly Lutz Foundation by managing initial communications with new P.A.A.R.I. partners in Essex County, Massachusetts and across the country, including law enforcement agencies, treatment providers, and community groups.
Victoria has also assumed the role of Interim AmeriCorps Program Director, which entails supervising the team of P.A.A.R.I. AmeriCorps members, hiring new members, and managing the AmeriCorps program as a whole. Victoria is also trained as a Recovery Coach and Recovery Coach Supervisor and uses her lived experience and skills to support P.A.A.R.I.’s team of Recovery Coaches embedded at police departments across Massachusetts.
