Chief Campanello (right) stopped by the Scarborough Police Department Wednesday morning to check in with the Operation HOPE program. He also paid a visit too the Portland Recovery Community Center.

Pictured at left is Scarborough Officer John Gill, the driving force behind Operation HOPE.
