2025 PAARI National Law Enforcement Summit

The Police Assisted Addiction and Recovery Initiative (PAARI) welcomes you to join us for 6th Annual National Law Enforcement Summit at the Hotel Flor in Tampa, FL, February 25th & 26th!

This two-day convening will bring together police, public safety, and public health leaders from across the country at any stage of creating or engaging in non-arrest deflection programs that provide paths to treatment and recovery.

Last year, the Police Assisted Addiction and Recovery Initiative (PAARI) successfully held its National Law Enforcement Summit at Boston University. The event welcomed over 300 registrants from 35 states nationwide for the organization’s 5th event of its kind. Attendees heard from speakers such as Gil Kerlikowske, Former Director for the Office of National Drug Control Policy, and Judge Abby Abinanti, the first California tribal woman to be admitted to State Bar of California. Attendees were also able to attend presentations including Engaging the African American Community in Addiction Treatment, Unlikely Allies: Engaging Judges and Prosecutors in Deflection, and The Complex Intersection between Law Enforcement, Child Welfare, and Harm Reduction in Post-Opioid Overdose Response.
