Chief Leonard Campanello and Chief Frederick Ryan Speak During Boston University’s Dean’s Seminar Series

Gloucester Police Chief Leonard Campanello and Arlington Police Chief Frederick Ryan, board members of P.A.A.R.I., were guests on Boston University’s Dean’s Seminar Series on Contemporary Issues in Public Health: Why Cops Are Sending People with Addiction to Treatment Instead of Jail, last month. The two chiefs began revolutionary police assisted recovery programs in their respective communities last year, and have continued to spread their message to law enforcement agencies nationwide.
