Join us once a month as we highlight a partner who is running an excellent PAARI model program. We are excited to welcome our partners in Worcester, Massachusetts for the August edition of our Partner Spotlight Series.

Worcester Fire Department’s Public Education Unit works hand and hand with the Worcester’s HUB service providers and in partnership with Inspectional Service Department’s social worker to assist residents in the City of Worcester.

They are partnering to help keep residents safe by providing free smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, home safety assessments, and installation for eligible Worcester residents. During home visits, they can also connect residents with other city and community resources that may improve their safety and quality of life. Their goal is to help prevent emergencies before they happen.

Join us for our quarterly Major Cities Learning Collaborative. This session brings together agencies from large urban areas to share strategies for implementing non-arrest programs that support individuals with substance use disorder. It’s a great opportunity to connect with peers from across the country, exchange best practices, and learn from innovative models already in action.

Embedded into PAARI’s leadership, the Lived Experience Council helps guide decision-making through a lens of lived and living experience, to center the voices of those directly impacted by the opioid crisis.
