P.A.A.R.I. Executive Director Presents at National Deflection Summit

The Police Assisted Addiction and Recovery Initiative (P.A.A.R.I.) is pleased to announce that Executive Director Allie Hunter McDade attended the first-ever National Deflection Summit this week, which focused on law enforcement initiatives around the country to combat the opioid crisis, and the partnerships formed with mental and behavioral health organizations.

P.A.A.R.I. Alerts Partners to Nationwide Naloxone Device Recall

GLOUCESTER — John Rosenthal, chairman of the Police Assisted Addiction and Recovery Initiative (P.A.A.R.I.), and Executive Director Allie Hunter McDade are seeking to alert the organization’s police partners that Teleflex Medical Corporation, a manufacturer of nasal naloxone (Narcan), has voluntarily recalled its 2 mg atomizer, as it may not deliver the proper dosage of the opioid reversal drug.
