P.A.A.R.I. is pleased to announce that the Gloucester Angel Initiative will be featured on WCVB’s Chronicle at 7:30 p.m. this evening. What an amazing two years it has been! Since June 2015, P.A.A.R.I. has grown into a national movement of law enforcement agencies who believe in treatment over arrest and incarceration.
